Delivery of Goods
Every effort will be made to dispatch the goods as soon as possible
after your order has been accepted by us.
Goods are dispatched Monday - Friday during normal opening hours.
Please note we use a variety of carriers to try and ensure that
the best possible service and price are achieved. We cannot
guarantee delivery times as stated by Royal Mail or any other
carrier service and we do not guarantee next day delivery unless you
specifically ask for this service by phone.
Larger items may at times, be sent direct from the manufacture
this is due to the weight and size restrictions that are placed on
us by some of the carriers we use.
Ready 2 Race will not be liable
for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or
unavoidable delay in delivery.
No liability will be accepted for damages or shortages in
delivery unless the carriers delivery sheet is endorsed "Parcels received
damaged / open / missing".
Written notice of any such endorsement
must also be advised to ourselves and the carrier on the day
of delivery.
Non delivery must be advised ASAP by phone or e-mail.
Overseas Customers
At present we are only able to deliver certain
items to the following destinations
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Ireland (Republic),
Italy,
Netherlands, New Zealand,
Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,
USA
Delivery to these destinations will be made by using either of the
following services
Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets 5-Day
Service
This is an Airmail service available to certain destinations
only.
Packets sent using this service need to be signed for on
delivery
Royal Mail Airsure Packets 3-Day Service
This is a accelerated Airmail service available to certain
destinations only.
Your packet will be put on the first available
flight to its country of destination and the item will be tracked
electronically to the point of delivery and will require a signature
upon delivery.
Delivery standards vary from country to country, so we are unable to
guarantee delivery times as stated by our nominated carrier.
Return
of Goods
Returns must be authorised in writing by us and counter agreed by the
customer in writing before any goods are send back for credit
Goods must be returned to us carriage/postage paid and in a
saleable condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned
parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of posting
etc,
you may
require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
Credit is based on the original invoice value, (copy to be
enclosed with return) less an allowance for
i) any missing parts.
ii) any damage caused to the goods being returned.
iii) any damage to the packaging that the goods were originally
supplied in.
A restocking charge will be applied by us on any correctly supplied
order returned for an credit.
Credit will not be allowed against any unauthorised returns or
for any obsolete or discontinued goods.
Collection of Goods
Customers who purchase goods online and wish to use collection
option instead of having the goods delivered will receive a "Good's
Ready To Collect" message instead of a "Good's Dispatched" message. Only
after this time and by prior arrangement can the goods be collected
from our main offices in Hailsham this is to ensure that you don't
waist your time by coming to collect something that's not ready to
collect.
Privacy Policy
We guarantee that we do not share any information that you give
us with any third party. We do not broker lists to other
organisations. We do not have access to any identifying details
about you unless you place an order or make an enquiry via email.
